The hardest part of learning to publish a website is “sitting down and learning how to publish a website”. Now I could write a few paragraphs about us, but I think most of you already know us…and would be bored to tears. Though I do have to say, the women in my life are the sweetest, smartest, most honest women there are… My Golden Retriever, Teddy Bear, well he is one very smart puppy (12 years old).
- The friends I have are another blessing. God has truly put these people in my life to give me a glimpse of what kind of people get to heaven. Though, two or three of them are going to enter on 90 day probationary periods I suspect…
On a chili, rainy Friday morning, February 12th 2021, my wife took me to the Emergency room.
Over the previous couple of weeks my back was so sore I couldn’t sleep. I thought, geesh, I really must’ve strained my back lifting my Golden Retriever, Teddy, into my SUV. Since we were deep into the middle of the Covid panic here in San Diego, my beautiful wife was not allowed into the ER with me.
We didn’t know what was wrong, other than I felt like I’d been in a prize fight and lost, LoL…She had to wait in the parking lot for 2 hours until they told her they were going to keep me over night considering the MRI indicated I had two fractured vertebrae and they would like to learn how that happened.
The ensuing pages are a collection of adventures I have experienced or learned from. Most are a collection of some of the Music I enjoy and from my passion for the work I have done. Like many of you, some amount to a lot of crazy things. None, I might add, were illegal or too life threatening (well maybe once or twice, LoL)
In the Carpenter’ Shop are building projects I admire. While I spent the first twenty years of my career developing property for my own portfolio, the second twenty I have spent assisting others in financing the development of two billion dollars worth of properties across the United States. The honest way is the best way.
