Recent Projects and those of interest

In our humble opinion, there are magnificent opportunities ahead. Three areas we are active in today are Data Centers, and supporting Infrastructures, such as the computer technologies, that utilize those centers. For that, we need, and will supply, energy. Biofuels, Electricity, and Hydrogen.

Refining Biofuels into Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), via the main pathways of 1.) HEFA (Hydro processed Esters & Fatty Acids) and 2.) FT (Fischer–Tropsch fuels from waste biomass). There are roughly twenty different types of biofuels for a myriad of uses.

Projects being considered and underway as of May 1, 2026

Enclosed is a brief overview of several projects that may be of interest to qualified third-party investors. Each opportunity is distinct, has been substantially reviewed, and appears to offer meaningful investment potential.

The specific terms of any investor participation, including preferred structure, capital position, equity participation, debt terms, or other arrangements, would be subject to appropriate legal review, due diligence, and negotiation.

This overview is intended as a preliminary introduction only and is provided for discussion purposes with parties who may have a qualified interest in one or more of the opportunities described below.

  • Native American Cultural Campus with full Smart City Development

This project contemplates the development of an approximately 700-acre sports, entertainment, cultural, hospitality, energy, and technology campus anchored by a proposed new NFL franchise and world-class stadium.

The concept is designed to be more than a traditional stadium development. It would combine professional football, live entertainment, Native American cultural celebration, tourism, hospitality, retail, education, and infrastructure into a single destination campus. The plan includes a major NFL-ready stadium, cultural and educational attractions, hotel and hospitality components, retail/marketplace areas, festival and tailgating venues, and potential supporting energy and data infrastructure.

The project is intended to celebrate Native American history, sovereignty, entrepreneurship, and cultural contribution, while also creating a large-scale economic development platform capable of producing long-term jobs, tourism, recurring revenue, and institutional investment opportunity.

Investor participation, if pursued, would be subject to further due diligence, site control review, league/franchise considerations, tribal or governmental approvals where applicable, legal structuring, and negotiated investment terms.

This project proposes the development of modular desalination facilities along the Sea of Cortez to produce fresh water for Northern Mexico and, ultimately, water-stressed markets in Arizona, California, and Nevada.

The sponsoring parties have represented that they have secured governmental permits, approvals, the support of the Governor of Sonora, and relevant Mexican federal approvals to proceed, subject to final financing, engineering, and execution.

The first priority is to supply fresh water to Northern Mexico’s desert and agricultural regions, supporting water security, food production, employment, and economic development. As capacity expands, surplus water may be delivered to Southwestern U.S. markets through maritime, port-based, or other legally approved delivery systems.

The project’s investment thesis is based on the increasing scarcity of reliable freshwater resources in the Southwest, combined with the ability to produce, store, and deliver desalinated water through a phased, scalable, and commercially structured platform.

Investor participation would be subject to due diligence, confirmation of approvals, legal review, engineering analysis, offtake agreements, and negotiated investment terms.

Desalination & Water Delivery Initiative

Water from Native Sea of Cortez (Gulf of California) piped north approximately 110 Kilometers (68 miles) to Arizona & California. Five Billion Gallons Annually.

This project begins with the Casa Grande Data Center & Energy Campus in Arizona as the first of a proposed series of power-optimized data center campuses.

The Casa Grande campus is designed to serve artificial intelligence, cloud computing, high-density data processing, and enterprise technology demand. The model prioritizes power availability, phased construction, energy management, and revenue per megawatt, rather than simply maximizing building size.

The first campus is expected to begin with a 30–40 MW initial phase, with potential expansion toward a 120 MW full-campus buildout. The broader strategy is to prove the model at Casa Grande and then replicate it across up to ten additional sites, developing one or two campuses at a time as power, land, fiber, tenant demand, and capital availability align.

This staged approach allows each project to stand on its own merits while building a larger, repeatable data infrastructure platform. Investor participation would be subject to site-level due diligence, legal review, engineering validation, utility coordination, tenant commitments, and negotiated investment terms.
